Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel their order only on the same day the order is placed.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Nutrafab.in, we strive to deliver products in the best condition. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Product delivered is defective

• Product delivered is damaged

• Product delivered is expired

• Product delivered is spoilt or tampered with

No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.

 

3. Important Delivery Guidelines

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

In case the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, tampered, or opened, the customer must refuse to accept the delivery from the courier/delivery executive.

Acceptance of visibly damaged packaging must affect eligibility for return or refund claims.

 

4. Return Request Process

All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

Customers can raise a request by:

• Calling our customer support team, or

Requests raised after the specified timeframe must not be eligible for review.

 

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, missing item, wrong product, leakage, or tampering claims.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package

• Clearly show the shipping label and sealed packaging

• Clearly capture the issue being reported

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video must not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund approval.

 

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product and claim are reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Is typically credited to the customer’s account within 7 business days. However, timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking partner.
