Shipping policy

At Nutrafab, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, and responsibilities, in line with Indian ecommerce regulations and logistics partner requirements.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

During high-demand periods (sales, launches, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on the product page or checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner availability:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout before payment

  • Free shipping offers are subject to minimum order value or promotional conditions mentioned on the website

  • No hidden shipping charges are applied after order placement


Order Tracking (Shiprocket Compliant)

  • Once shipped, customers receive tracking details via email and/or SMS

  • Tracking information is generated through our logistics partners and updated in real time

  • Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

Customers are advised to monitor the tracking link for delivery updates.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers must ensure that shipping details (address, PIN code, phone number) are complete and accurate at checkout.

If a shipment fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts

The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier partner.

RTO & Re-shipping

  • In case of RTO, re-shipping will be done only after confirmation from the customer

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

  • Refunds for prepaid RTO orders (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and RTO charges


Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD availability depends on location and courier partner support

  • Nutrafab reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or orders

  • Repeated COD order refusals may result in COD being disabled for the customer


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A missing item

  • An incorrect product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutrafab.in, along with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible, as per courier partner (Shiprocket) timelines.

All such cases are resolved in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Delivery Delays & Courier Responsibility

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner:

  • Delivery timelines are managed by the logistics provider

  • Nutrafab is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs checks, strikes, or natural calamities

However, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner wherever possible.


Ownership & Risk Transfer (Razorpay-Compliant)

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.


Non-Delivery / Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as lost in transit by the courier partner:

  • Nutrafab will initiate an investigation with the logistics provider

  • Resolution (refund or replacement) will be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner, as per Shiprocket and Razorpay dispute guidelines
